Founding Partner Program Notice — This Platform is currently operated by an independent founder as part of its Founding Partner Program. Company registration details will be published here once the platform is incorporated. Until then, references to 'the Company' shall mean 'the Platform' operated by the Founder.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract in India.

3. Our Role — Technology Marketplace

EVChargeHub is a technology marketplace connecting EV drivers with independent charging network operators, cafés, restaurants, malls, hotels, coworking spaces and other business partners. We do not own or operate third-party charging stations or businesses unless explicitly stated.

4. Account & Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Charging tariffs are set by charging operators, not by us.
• Business subscription plans (Starter ₹999/month, Premium ₹1,999/month) include a 90-day free trial.
• All prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST as displayed. GST invoices are issued electronically.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of reviews, photos and other content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute and moderate such content on the Platform.

7. Prohibited Uses

• No misuse, hacking, reverse-engineering, scraping or unauthorised commercial use
• No hate speech, defamation, harassment or illegal content in reviews
• No fake reviews or coordinated manipulation
• No infringement of intellectual property or privacy of others

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Disclaimers

Charging availability may change in real time. Business hours, offers, and prices are provided by partners and may be inaccurate. Reviews represent users' individual opinions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the Grievance Redressal process below.

12. Grievance Redressal

Contact our Grievance Officer at our Grievance Redressal channel (see Contact page). We will acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.
