Founding Partner Program Notice — This Platform is currently operated by an independent founder as part of its Founding Partner Program. Company registration details will be published here once the platform is incorporated. Until then, references to 'the Company' shall mean 'the Platform' operated by the Founder.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or infrastructure
• Use the Platform to distribute malware, phishing or spam
• Post false, misleading, defamatory or hateful content
• Reverse-engineer, scrape or automate the Platform without written permission
• Interfere with the operation of chargers or partners

Violations may result in account suspension, legal action and reporting to authorities under the IT Act, 2000.
