Uptime & Reliability

Operator commits to a minimum 95% uptime and to publish real-time status where technically feasible (OCPP/API).

Tariffs

Tariffs are set by operator and displayed transparently. No hidden fees.

Safety

Chargers must comply with BIS / IEC 62196 standards, with proper earthing, RCD protection, and clear signage.
