Founding Partner Program Notice — This Platform is currently operated by an independent founder as part of its Founding Partner Program. Company registration details will be published here once the platform is incorporated. Until then, references to 'the Company' shall mean 'the Platform' operated by the Founder.

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to erasure of your personal data.

Self-service

Delete your account from Privacy Dashboard → Delete Account. Confirmation email sent, 7-day grace period, then permanent deletion of PII within 30 days.

Retained after deletion

Aggregated, anonymised analytics; transaction records required for tax law (7 years, in a segregated system).

Manual request

Email our Privacy Officer via the Contact page with proof of identity. We respond within 7 business days.
