Founding Partner Program Notice — This Platform is currently operated by an independent founder as part of its Founding Partner Program. Company registration details will be published here once the platform is incorporated. Until then, references to 'the Company' shall mean 'the Platform' operated by the Founder.

What AI does on the Platform

• Volt Assistant (Claude Sonnet 4.5) — conversational help on EV, chargers, routes
• Charge & Relax Recommendations — ranks stopovers by preference/context
• Route Planner — computes charging stops using battery and distance
• Review summarisation — surfaces themes from many reviews

Data used

• Your prompts (retained for session context only, not used to train third-party models)
• Vehicle & battery info (for route planning, if you provide it)
• Aggregated, anonymised behaviour signals

Limitations

• AI can be wrong. Always confirm critical information (tariffs, availability) with the operator.
• AI does not make automated decisions with legal or significant effects.

Human review

Content moderation combines AI + human reviewers.

Bias mitigation

We audit outputs quarterly and welcome user reports of biased or harmful outputs at ai-safety@evchargehub.com.

User controls

• Opt out of personalised AI recommendations from Privacy Dashboard
• Delete AI chat history at any time
