Partner Agreement

Founding Partner Program Notice — This Platform is currently operated by an independent founder as part of its Founding Partner Program. Company registration details will be published here once the platform is incorporated. Until then, references to 'the Company' shall mean 'the Platform' operated by the Founder.

Scope

This agreement governs businesses listed on EV Stopover.

Obligations

• Provide accurate business information and up-to-date operating hours
• Honour published offers and prices
• Respond to customer enquiries within 48 hours
• Maintain safe, hygienic, and welcoming premises
• Provide accurate charging tariffs and connector information

Fees

Subscription fees per the Subscription Policy.

Data

Customer PII shared for the purpose of order fulfilment must be handled per applicable data-protection laws.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination for cause (fraud, safety violations, repeated policy breaches).
